Awesome gem in Capitol Hill and only 1/2 mile to the best place to go- Leven Deli!
Such a wonderful gem in the heart of Capitol Hill. From the moment we arrived we could see the time, talent and treasure that was invested in the design of this lovely home. It is warm and inviting and so comfortable. Everything that you need has already been provided by these thoughtful hosts! We appreciated all aspects of this home and were able to enjoy some great nights of sleep too! No need to look anywhere else as this home is perfection in Denver! We also appreciated the close walking proximity to Leven Deli which is one of the most awesome places to go for any meal, happy hour or meet up! We look forward to our returning to stay again in the future!

The property is in a great location, easy to walk to the heart of town or to nearby shops / restaurants. Sydney and the team were very responsive about any concerns and made it very easy to check in and out. We had a wonderful stay during out time in Denver!

Great location in recently updated apartment
This rental had everything we needed. I’m so glad we didn’t stay downtown where most of the hotels were, if only because the construction down there was crazy, and this neighborhood is very walkable (LOTS of dog walkers! 😃) it was also close to the Botanical Gardens which were wonderful… and Voodoo donuts… This is a host who anticipates all of your questions or needs too. And they were gracious about an unanticipated late check out (flat tire repair!) Definitely recommend.

Great Cap Hill location!
Perfect spot to walk to almost everything Cap Hill and downtown. Super close to restaurants, park, grocery and downtown. Very clean, secure and lots of nice extra touches throughout.

Absolutely perfect apartment and stay!
Best rental so far!! My husband and I were in the Denver area to visit family and attend events at Red Rocks and Empower Field at Mile High. The location was perfect and central to everything in the area. Great hosts, beautifully decorated apartment, comfortable bed (huge +) fully stocked kitchen and bath. Quality comfort and convenience
Our visit focused on time with graduating grandkid, and coming and going several times a day by car. Parking very convenient. Our downtime, and sometimes evening home/cooking in apt was relaxing. We had some problem with first night check-in beacuse I lost the email about how to access the alley behind the home. Hosts came quickly to our rescue. Our stay was great.

Great appointment in Denver
This apartment looked and felt completely new, and was very clean and comfortable. The location is also great. But the absolute best part is the host who goes over and beyond to make sure that you feel welcomed and comfortable. Great!
I decided on this place because of the location and parking space. I was traveling with my son and needed a car, so dealing with street parking would be frustrating. The neighborhood was great, good for families but also a lot to do. Loved Jelly - local breakfast place. I travelled for work so getting around Denver was actually very convenient from this location. Check in and check out were super easy. Apartment felt very safe and cozy. Just great place, would definitely recommend.

Great Location to Enjoy Denver
Property is in an ideal location to explore downtown Denver. Walk to many attractions, off street parking which is very hard to find in the city. Property is as advertised with a comfortable bed - very important but rare to find in rentals! Sydney's experience in the hospitality industry shows. Visiting for college tours
This is a fantastic property. The location is highly walkable to several great breakfast spots (we loved Jelly), and the parking space was very helpful. The unit itself is lovely and stocked with everything we needed, including snacks, bottle of wine, and coffee makings. Bed was super comfy and host very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Denver.
