We selected this hotel for the kids since it had a pool. Come to find out it was closed for maintenance … I feel that that should be something that was disclosed. My kids were super bummed. Also, the check in was ridiculous. The front desk guy wouldn’t let my husband and kids check in without me physically present… he had all the itinerary info, confirmation number- he had me on the phone and they guy wouldn’t let them check in! Insane waste of time

This hotel was great!! soo quiet, if you want you can walk and go to eat. I ask for help like to times and the personal of the front desk help me no matter what time. Very nice staff. The room was clean, the bed soo good. If I go back to Denver i would stay hire again. I love the atention of the hotel. Thanks for all.

The indoor pool is not heated and was freezing cold. We selected this hotel because it advertised a pool, but they didn't disclose that it was unheated to the point where it was unusable.

enjoyed the stay and how affordable it was. the receptionists were always so nice and one of them brought their dogs and boy were they cute! there weren’t that many options for breakfast so we always ended up going somewhere else. the walls were also really thin so we can hear our neighbors. but regardless really nice property and wonderful employees.

I did not stay here. I came down very sick and since I hadn’t paid for a cancelable reservation, I lost my money for the hotel. While it was my choice to not purchase the refundable reservation b/c I couldn’t imagine not going on this trip for the funeral of a dear friend, it doesn’t mean I have to be happy about losing my money. I did call and see if they’d give me a break, but they would not. I won’t give them a bad review, but I’m definitely not giving a good review either.

Our room was clean and quiet. The bathroom could use some renovating but it wasn't bad. Just much older and tighter than the rest of the room. Staff was nice though and we had no issues! Would stay again.
