Enjoy 5 acres, a pond, a spacious 4600 square foot home AND A beautiful PARTY BARN (heated and air-conditioned) on property. Graceland also boasts an enormous kids play tower, fire pit, tetherball, a hammock, bocce ball, 2 giant Jengas, giant yard Yatzy, board games, a field for softball or whatever you want, Sonos speakers, 2 living rooms (one for kids), an office area with desk, printer, and monitor, and a large granite chef's kitchen with everything you may need for preparing/ serving/ entertaining/ hosting large groups including a commercial ice maker (we are NOT messing around!). Graceland is stocked with comfy beds, great linens, towels so fluffy you can only fit three on a shelf, and a master suite that is sure to please all guests with walk-in shower, an adjustable Tempur-Pedic that will absolutely spoil you, 75" led tv, and fireplace.
This property is perfect for families to relax or play till they just can’t play anymore. There are deer that visit daily! The deer visit all day long and are fun to watch.
BONUS- I OWN AN UPSCALE APT COMPLEX 12 MINUTES AWAY. AT THE FOUR SEASONS APARTMENTS, YOU CAN USE THE INDOOR POOL, OUTDOOR POOL AND TWO-LEVEL CLUBHOUSE WITH GYM (home gyms, bikes, treadmill), SAUNAS, ETC.. This is at no additional charge! About Your Host-
I love to make people happy and that exactly what my properties are designed for. I'm a landlord by trade. I have apartment complexes and rental homes. Then six years ago I created my first vacation rental property, and it grew from there. I offer vacation rentals because it's fun! Making sure groups are set up to have a blast is a challenge that I find very rewarding. I take this seriously. Being a big kid at heart, I make it my mission to deliver the fun for kids- also being one who appreciates nice things, I deliver comfort and attention to detail for the adults. I truly desire for you to have the most fun and relaxation as possible, and with the fewest hassles as well. That is why we put in so much effort before you get there. Three generations of family enjoyed staying at this property. Plenty to do for everyone with the arcade barn, play equipment and big yard. We were able to enjoy the indoor pool at the other location. Location of the property gives both the feel of being in the country while having city amenities close.

The property itself was very clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our time and stay. The party barn and playset outside the kids really enjoyed. Us adults spent a lot of time in the hot tub. Great Home and Property for a Family Retreat
Had all the things we were looking for to treat out-of-town family to a nice getaway. Mornings with coffee and a fire in the fireplace and the open space for the kitchen, dining and living/family room made for good times. Didn't use the party barn much but did play a game of pool, darts and a video game.

Neighborhood was good, easy access to whatever you need in terms of businesses, entertainment, food, etc. Everything worked properly and the person that I worked with to get checked in was SUPER nice, competent and helpful. Great for all ages
The party barn makes this place awesome. It was the perfect hang out spot for family with teens. And the location is great too. House is base everything you need and is comfortable. We could not get the tv working in the living room which was unfortunate but we were able to enjoy hanging out in the barn so it was fine.

"Graceland"-secluded but 1/4 mile from real world
Host Steven took EXCELLENT care of us, prioritizing our safety and enjoyment during a severe winter storm event. We 9 adults (grandparent to grandchildren) had all we could ask for with the party barn of electronic games, several large screen TVs with great seating, and deer watching !

Amazing Stay!
This was the perfect space for our family gathering. The kids loved all of the space to play, the swing set was amazing, and we had plenty of space for all of us. The party barn was an AMAZING bonus space! It was so nice to have that area to hang out in after the little kids went to sleep for the night. Steven was incredibly responsive to the questions we had and addressed the one unforseen issue we had immediately. We also enjoyed seeing all the deer on the property. It was a wonderful space!

Family Gathering
This house fit our families needs perfectly! Most of us were traveling in for my grandmothers funeral. The space was large and gave plenty of space to hang out with our family during this difficult time. And provided space for extended family to come and hang out after the services. The party barn and hot tub provided great entertainment after a somber day.

Family fun inside, outside and nearby!
Our family of all ages really enjoyed our stay at this awesome property! The board games in the house, the playset /large yard, and the "arcade" kept the kids very entertained! The adults also enjoyed the game barn, relaxing in the quiet secluded surroundings, walking the long driveway, the hot tub and the very roomy layout of the house. It was also nice to be so close to many activities and stores. Brenda and Steven were great to work with and very quick to respond to any question. We would recommend it as a great place to create family memories!

Excellent Spot for a Big Group
Everyone was super impressed with the house and amenities. I would love to come back and play some more big buck hunter. The property was huge and secluded. I would definitely come back for another visit! The only hiccup was that our Uber drivers couldn’t find the driveway, so make sure you give them good instructions. I would highly recommend the property.

Family retreat, plus!
From the start of the reservation process, to our departure - we couldn’t have asked for a better host / property. Although we have a young family and a few unique needs, they were more than accommodating. SERIOUSLY, they assured us that they would do anything possible to ensure that we had a great stay and they DID NOT disappoint. Our entire family had a blast and we look forward to our next stay! Graceland is an amazing party house!
Graceland has everything you need to throw a great party. The Golden Tee game was a huge hit with our group! Ample sleeping arrangements, and I especially appreciated the Tempurpedic mattress in the master suite. The kids had a blast on the playground and were able to get all their energy out running in the field. When we had a couple questions, the owner and the property manager were quick to respond and were wonderful to work with.

Awesome stay in West Des Moines!
Graceland was absolutely a beautiful property and wonderful experience for our group. The property is in an awesome, suburbian area of West Des Moines, but it seems like it is out in the country like a farm house. We were 2 minutes from everything we needed from activities to gas to restaurants. We had ample space in the house. The game room was awesome. The owner was easy to work with and very detailed. We will definitely consider staying again when visiting the Des Moines area.

Perfect location and very private
We were overall happy with our stay. We had a couple hiccups with not all the games in the party barn working, but the kids enjoyed the house, tons of space, hot tub was a hit and you are in the center of all shopping, restaurants, and places to go. It is tucked away and the party barn is not attached so if you are out there later at night bring a flashlight! lol It made for some fun scaring the kids for sure.
