*This studio is located near one of five pools on the property, a coin laundry facility, and a short walk away from the white sandy beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Complimentary access to Sandpiper Cove’s five sparkling swimming pools and three hot tubs located conveniently throughout the property along with charcoal grills, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and a pitch and putt 9-hole golf course. Two of our pools are heated for your comfort during the winter months. On-premises food, Rick’s Sand Trap Bar & Grill (beachside Tiki-Bar open March-October) and Louisiana Lagniappe (upscale seafood waterfront dining with a Creole flair, with casual attire permitted.)

Cute little place
Recently stayed here with my kids. At first I was iffy about being small. It was perfect! It had enough room for us. My kids are 13-9-1. It was a short walk across the street to the beach. The pool is right outside and plenty of parking! The only thing I disliked was the bathroom tub is kinda hard to get in and out of being short! Other than that it’s perfect. Has all the basic cooking necessities! Would definitely stay here again

Pleasantly Surprised!
I originally rented this for a low-cost spring break trip for my teen daughter and I. We were excited when my sister and her adult daughter were able to meet us. There was plenty of room for 4 people to be comfortable. We made all our meals and packed lunches for the beach. The beach and beach bar are literally 1 minute walk! The condo was clean and had what we needed. I would stay again! Destin was beautiful!

This unit and all of the property seemed to be very well kept. All of the staff was very polite and accommodating. The location is very convenient. Our only reservation was there is not a washer and dryer in the unit. It is nice that you can take your linens to the office and have them replenished.

The condo was very nice! My only complaints are: 1. The strong odor of sewage while relaxing at the pool. It’s awful! 2. The unit is an upstairs unit that requires you to climb 3 flights of stairs. The listing doesn’t clearly state that it’s an upstairs unit. However, you can tell by looking at the picture of the balcony. Would’ve been nice if the listing actually stated that it was a second floor unit. Overall, I can’t say enough good about this condo and area. Great place and we would definitely return!

Having a place within close walking distance to the beach was a must when looking for a place. This was a 5 minute walk and parking was included in the stay! Would recommend!

Great family fun
We just stayed 5 nights and had a great time. Small walk to the beach, very clean, the condo was right in front of one of the pools. Easy check in and check out. Only complaint we had was the smell of the septic was strong at the condos and the bed wasn’t to comfortable for my husband but, overall it was a great family vacation stay. I’d definitely stay again.
