"I liked that our room had a pullout couch and a nice view. Service was fair to good forgetting to give coffee packets clean towels etx. Size of pool was incredibly small for 6 adults and 6 children. Have not received a bill as yet this is a big problem"

"I live here in Baltimore City but for many years the Renaissance has been my favorite spot for a little get away ,it allows me to be downtown inner harbor which is one of my favorite places in the city, I’ve always had a great experience with this hotel and will continue to come back. Our dog enjoyed her walks around the outside of the property, checking out local, joggers, or the other tourists walking to the games. She had a great time. "Staff was cordial, beds and pillows were very comfortable and really liked flooring instead of rugs. A negative was someone was smoking in their room near our room and it billowed out into the hall. There was water behind peeling wall paper and hoped there was no mold. The tub was peeling as well. Unusual since hotel only a year old. "
