"This was a nice place to stay for our weekend getaway to Pagosa Springs. Its not a bad drive to town to enjoy the springs, etc. And it was nice to be away from the business of in town Pagosa Springs. The cabin is well set up with mostly everything you need. Easy to find, quiet, cute and just the right amount of rustic. Perfect size for our family of 3."

"The space was amazing and it fulfilled all our needs/wants. It could use some TLC but we were pleased overall. The owner was very quick to answer questions and accommodating to requests. We will consider the property again the next time visit the area."

"We loved this beautiful home. It is in the heart of Pagosa Springs and yet was so quiet and peaceful. We loved the fireplace. The primary bedroom on the main floor allowed the adults to go bed early while the teens had the upstairs to themselves. We enjoyed day passes to the Hot Springs that is 1/2 mile away. The kitchen is very well stocked. We have learned that eating in a tourist town during high tourist season means eating at home/ordering takeout. Eat-in kitchen was well used. And don't...

"Easy walk or drive to the town center. Grocery store was one block away if we needed anything during our stay. Enjoyed the cabin feel of the place."

"We enjoyed our stay! It was conveniently located and the lodging was nice. Staff was very friendly. The only one that was not was the lady with long brown hair at the front desk of the gym/pool area. She was the only one that did not match the vibe as the rest of the staff at the resort. No smile and very direct. It wouldn’t stand out if the rest of the staff was also like that. Outside of her, everyone else was great! The upstairs area was colder than the downstairs area but we dealt with it....

"We all had a wonderful time. The cabin was beautiful and very relaxing. Plenty of items were already available in the kitchen for use and everything was well stocked that would be needed on a trip. Just keep in mind that there is no AC so days can be a little warm but fans were available. Overall we couldn't ask for more."

"This place was in a perfect spot, and literally stocked with everything you would need for your stay! I’m usually running back and forth to grab small things I forget to pack but this place had everything but perishables! The only downfall is that it is in a close living HOA neighborhood, and my country living family had a hard time adjusting to keeping quiet so we didn’t disturb our neighbors. "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay in Pagosa Springs for my kids' first trip skiing in Colorado. It was clean, with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make a few meals at the condo, but close to several options for eating out."

"House is nice and big, great location. Spread out on three floors so if you have bad knees it wouldn’t be a good fit. Living and kitchen on second floor so you have to climb to take groceries in. But it worked for us so we would stay again if opportunity presents itself. "

"This house was exacly what was listed. For winter it was cool in the house which is why every room had self heaters. One room had a celing heater which worked great. The pantry was filled with plenty of everyday things to use. We hope to use this in the the summer some time."

"I LOVED my stay here! The room was beautiful inside and had a ton of space and modern touches. The kids loved the bunk beds. My daughter even said she wished she could live there during college. It was one of the best places I’ve stayed. The price was so inexpensive with how perfect it was. I will absolutely only stay there every trip I take to Pagosa Springs from now on! "

"Clean, convenient check in process, cozy cabin with a wonderful view of the mountains. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Everything was excellent. The bed frame however needed to be replaced or repaired. Other than that everything else was great. 5 stars we would love to come and stay this summer. "

Beautiful Home- Perfect Proximity to Wolf Creek!

"We stayed with our group of 12 in this home and it was the perfect amount of space to accommodate us all! The house is older and does have some issues, such as doors on first level not closing completely, maybe from shifting? All the amenities more than made up for small issues that need attention in this house. The hot tub on the deck with the beautiful view was amazing! We also enjoyed the theater room and pool table!"
