"My first impression was the great looking of the property. I felt safe with the way of accessing the place. The service was fantastic, we had everything we need while staying there. Btw, my wife loved how clean the towels are and their pleasant scent. We got our questions answered quickly and it is very helpful to us. We recommend it. "The staff was amazing here and they were so communicative. Although it was super loud location, u get a cafe right downstairs and 30min grab into old quarter. The breakfast isnt that good so i would just get food elsewhere tbh the meat in the pho was rotten tasting so after that i did not eat their breakfast. Overall the staff is really sweet and the location is nice"

"It was ok. Duc Dung went above and beyond to help me get to sapa. I appreciate his support. Pool had algae and hover growth in its overflow catch...along with arachnids. Pretty gross."

" The staff were super friendly and helpful. In particular, Anna, who helped to organise everything for us, from our tours to Ning Binh, Halong Bay and Sapa to arranging a car to pick us up to the airport. She e even gave us a phone charger when we realised that we forgot to bring one with us. Breakfast was also good and offered a veriety of cooked options, fresh fruits/juices, bread and tea/coffee. We will definitely stay in Lotus Boutique again when we return to Hanoi. We will also recommend it to our friends."

"The hotel employees were the best. They went above and beyond to assist in anyway they could. I ordered a package to the hotel and forgot all about it until they reminded me. They also arranged my transport to and from the airport. I’ll definitely come back here next time. Thank you staff members "
