"Friendly staff, specious parking, the complimentary free amenities were nice too"

"It was an unconventional set up but we still had an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately the bed wall wasn’t working but it was repaired once reported. We didn’t realise that amenities like tea/coffee/microwave were only available in a shared lounge area which wasn’t close to our room but that was our oversight. "

The price was quite reasonable compared to hotels / apartments in Zurich. (-) The location is far from Zurich. The hotel is located 5-7 minutes drive / 25 minute walk from Dottingen train station but getting back and forth to this station is a challenge as it's very hard to find taxis and uber in this area. "This was a great place to stay with a toddler. Our room was clean and the staff was very accommodating. It was a short 10 minute walk to the subway/bus station. The breakfast was sufficient ( eggs, cold cuts, croissants, bread and cereal). We really loved the lattes and the staff. Would stay here again. "

"The hotel conditions and room were good, large room and bathroom. Quiet. Check-in was a hassle because of all of the info requested. This needs to be simplified. I would stay again because of proximity to airport and room conditions. Excellent restaurant (La Pera) only 10 minutes walk away. "
