"This was my first time in Europe and it was a great experience. The staff were very helpful even when I didn't know how to use the elevator as I am from the states. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Dining options were great too without having to venture out of the hotel to find something good to eat. It is also easy to get to it by tram and train since it's close to the flughafen. "

"Overall not bad and meets most my requirements. Only 3 negatives from my 7 day stay. 1. Stand up shower didn’t drain well not sure if it was designed that way or if it was clogged. It never overflowed but standing in a puddle of water was quite annoying. 2. Underneath the bed was very gross and dirty. At least 2-3 months of dust 3. Underground parking was a ripoff. Almost $250 CHF for 7 days. I think I could’ve used it for free as everytime I brought the ticket to the front desk they never...

"Cheap and convenient place to stay if you need to catch a flight at the airport. Not many amenities besides the 24/7 vending machines if you need a snack at 1 AM. The room was comfortable but don't expect a full bathroom, even so I was OK with it. The place is convenient for getting the flight at the next day since the train station was literally in front of the hotel."

"Interesting room design, where the bathroom does not have a proper door but separate from living area with a curtain. Room can be stuffy at times especially if you are used to AC. If you need to store luggage after checking out, it is in a locked room but luggage will not be labeled or checked by staff. Location is walkable to Zurich station but probably not recommended if you have big luggages with you. "
