"Very convenient hotel with Magnificent grounds and amazing waterpark for the kids!"

"Overall, it was a great place with great dining options, shopping and great service. My complaints are specific. for a VERY high end and costly resort, the WiFi was terrible--spotty, unreliable and not particularly strong. I would have paid, albeit reluctantly, for better service, but that wasn't an option. While playing Craps after 1 AM on a Saturday night, there were no people around to take and serve drinks. "

"This is an older property in need of a few upgrades but certainly adequate. The food in the buffet and the restaurants was varied each day and very good. The pool area was lovely and always had something happening from trivia to cornhole. The beach in front of the hotel was wide and provided plenty of chairs. Jet ski rentals were definitely negotiable as they started out at $120 for 15 minutes, then 20 minutes then 30 minutes. The staff at this hotel were very accommodating and looked after your every need. A very enjoyable spot. And if you want to gamble the casino at Baha Mar was a short walk right next door. "

"The staff were extremely professional and helpful. We enjoyed talking to them. There was construction going on next to our room and they would begin work around 8:00 am. This forced us to get up and get ready for the day to not hear the construction. "
