"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel, and as we had read that there was no lift and a lot of stairs, we asked for a room with minimal stairs. When we arrived, Joseph offered us an amazing suite on the same floor as reception and the restaurant, for a small supplement. We had an amazing view of the stunning main pool and a bath with a wall like the moon behind! Breakfast was excellent, as was dinner and staff were extremely nice and helpful. Our only comment would be that the room...

"Reception staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. But someone kept on smoking weed in the room on our floor which created a very strong odour even though the hotel had no smoking policy. No action from staff. Plus only one lift was working during our whole stay of 5 days. "

"I enjoyed how private the room was, and that it was close to a nature trail. The flora and fauna surrounding the hotel was diverse and wonderful to behold. I also liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. The area was also safe and grocery stores were walking distance. The air also smelled really clean and fresh. The one drawback was the dew that would collect on the windows. However, the environment is humid, so this is to be expected. "
