"This resort is great, I booked this to travel from Sydney to Ubud for my wife’s bday. We booked a suite with hot tub as the one with pool was not available for those dates. Hotel has its own pool which is nice and a bar next to it. Room was fine other than aircon doesn’t really cool the whole room as it’s too small compared to the size of the room. We tried morning breakfast which is alright as they have plenty of choices in it but doesn’t really taste how it’s supposed to be tasting I guess coz...

"Staff wise, Jia and Ali were lovely. Hotel was lovely though in need of a bit of a touch up. The balcony of the room we stayed in was massive but could have done with sun loungers as a waste of space. Also one of the railing struts was loose and dangerous as a child could push against and fall. Pool was fantastic but loungers were past their best and in need of replacing as too low, falling to bits and mattresses were splitting and fraying. "Awesome place with impeccable service. The enormous rooms with 3M high windows were very impressive, as were the expansive grounds which were impeccably kept. The staff’s attention to detail and enthusiasm to do everything for their guests, was a standout. The only negative is that they had very little wine to offer, however it was easy to wander to the supermarket nearby. We spent a very relaxing three days here, mostly lazing in the pool and watching the sunsets. If you are after a quieter...

"Really pretty and peaceful atmosphere. Great food. Not walkable area but convenient for Grab transportation service. The service is also wonderful. We enjoyed the live music event. Only negative is that spa service was just ok. "
