"The hosts were so thoughtful. Walked us to the bus stop to show us the way, recommended restaurants, totally planned our trip to Luzern..even fixed us special tea for our allergy coughs we brought with us. Looking forward to staying there in the future."

"The main hotel building is pretty good, cozy, recently renovated, however the annex building is far from that - it has a vibe of 1980s apartment complex, also not the cleanest. Views are lovely, as well as the area around. The breakfast is pretty bad - choices are limited, quantity is such that everything runs out quickly and, generally, the restaurant is far from great, offering canteen-quality food at Michelin-starred prices."

I booked this place for my cousins wedding and then long after I booked I suddenly got a message saying they had accepted my cancellation (I was at work in meetings when i was supposed to have cancelled). This was despite being told when I booked that the booking was not cancellable. I then rebooked as it was one of few local options when it was re-advertised for more money. "Sadly there was no breakfast though my booking had implied breakfast included. But a lovely member of staff did spontaneously drum up a comprehensive continental breakfast (including croissants) for my daughter and me. Thanks for this! We had the room wth the river view very nice. "
