"The palace is located in the center of the town making it accessible to all forms of transportation. Being that the hotel is located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the old town, the noise didn’t bother me when I was in the hotel room. I also want to give a shout out to Luz, who prepared breakfast with the most delicious foods and baked goods! I can’t leave out the front desk staff either, they were all so helpful, joyful and friendly. "

"Estuvimos en Villa Soro y quedamos encantados con el hotel, la atención del staff! Enfermé durante mi estancia en el hotel y ellos me ayudaron. Y orientaron en a donde ir a que me medicaran. Durante mi Visita al doctor, hubo cambio de turno y al regresar al hotel, la nueva recepcionista estuvo muy al pendiente de que me había comentado el Doctor y que me podían ayudar.
