"We had only one day in Bilbao so wanted to be central and comfortable. The hotel was perfect - modern, friendly, very comfortable, and perfectly located. "

"This was a decent enough hotel in a rather sleepy neighborhood. Not a lot going on in immediate proximity, but pretty close to the train station and only 10 minute walk to Casco Viejo. Room was clean and comfortable. They were having issues with the elevators and key cards throughout my stay, which was inconvenient. I wound up simply using the stairs most of the time. Had to get a new key card halfway through, as they deactivated mine, which was a bit annoying. Good breakfast."

"Nice room and great location in Bilbao close to the old town and the main shopping area. The only negative of the room was bathroom size in particular the shower which was small. However if i was in Bilbao again i would certainly consider staying here again."
