"This property need a lot of work done before I dare revisit it, I’ve been lied to by the staff, the taxi service scammed us every step of the way, different prices on everything, not worth going out there until they improve the service of their staff and the situation with their rooms, the room was subpar it wasn’t like exactly comfy, the room ac was buggy and the bathroom had a terrible stench/smell to it, the entire time we were there the pool was closed and the Landry was open then closed...

"Hotel room was very dirty and small. There were also a lot of mosquitoes and the AC unit didn't work very well, so I was bit even before we were able to settle in. Consequently, we ended up not staying at this hotel. Probably won't be booking there again nor via Travelocity again, unfortunately. There should be more accurate and updated information regarding this venue on Travelocity.com so customers can make a better informed decision on reservation, considering this was a non-refundable...
