Fact is, now I look to stay at Hilton Double Tree locations wherever we travel to. (stayed at one in Denver this past June. Would have stayed at one in Canada in Sep if I could have found one) I'm sold on the quality and service. The Bemidji staff are WONDERFUL. (great b-fast also)"

"I have always had good luck with American inn but not this time. The place is so run down and dirty inside and out. The bathroom stool is ready to come off the wall. The ice maker looks like it has not ever been cleaned. The rain gutter is falling off and the retaining wall has been destroyed. "

"Lovely room in a set of 4 maybe more like a motel large parking lot no landscaping out front. That being said, the room itself was great. The location near the north entrance was super convenient. I just because of it's name expected something else so was a bit disappointed to start."
