"I HAD A HORRIBLE TIME WITH THE PARKING PROCESS. The clerk at the front desk charged us for parking. The cameras automatically submit fines yo the car rental firms. So i had to argue to get the 100 pound fine cancelled because of the clerks error. Then i couldn't get the info from the hotel to get the 35 pound fine fee refunded. "Great comfortable dog friendly hotel in Reading with free Parking. We were given a larger room at no extra cost, when they saw our dog. Nice friendly staff. A little bit of dust round the lights etc, but certainly nothing that would put me off staying again."
