"Gorgeous heritage building surrounded by grass and garden. Outsdide seating under large shady trees was a blessing on a hot day. The Continental breakfast in the heritage Dining Room was well presented and delicious. "

"Variable quality of room servicing. Some towels replaced. Some taken and not replaced. Bath soap dispenser empty but not refilled. Bit of a mixed bag. No consistency. And consistency - the same experience, regardless of who is servicing the room - is the key to a high quality stay."

"My room was clean and neat. The manager was very friendly and kind. The hostel was quiet and fairly peaceful. Some things were overlooked like bathroom cleanliness and lack of toilet paper. But otherwise the location was perfect and it suited my needs"

"It was a lovely old building unfortunately it had no air conditioning and it was quite hot. The bedroom was small and taken up with bed and massage chair so no where really to sit. "

"Really lovely place, right next to the train station! 1 min walk to bus that takes you to most hiking spots. Really lovely people work there! Overall a great experience! Would stay again!"
