"Great location, steps from great shopping, bars and restaurants. Staff were no great, didn't seem helpful. The pillow was truly terrible, hard and no shape. I asked for an alternate pillow option and was told there were no other options. Check in staff were borderline rude. Breakfast was really good, food was delicious, not a big range of coffee/tea options. Rooms are small but perfect. Hotel was quiet for the location. "
