"We had a really lovely stay at the Kilmainham Hilton. All of the staff were really friendly, polite and helpful. The only problem was that the air conditioning system in one of the rooms we had (226) wants Woking and the room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy. We did mention it to reception and they responded quickly and sent someone up to fix it, however it went wrong again causing the room to be very uncomfortable to sleep in."

"There was no heat in the room I was staying in. I had to sleep with a long sleeve mid layer jacket on. The staff was very lovely, they (hopefully) did everything they could to help me. At least they gave me 2 extra blankets to survive the night. I was ready to leave the hotel at 10pm, Googleing other available hotels but alas as Dublin is, nothing was available. "Beautiful hotel in central location. It was a birthday trip and the hotel were kind enough to leave out a birthday note and fruit plate on arrival which was a lovely touch. There are many other department stores in the area, as well as restaurants and smaller supermarkets. I stayed 5 nights. A continental breakfast was served in the hotel, and I had it once.
