"From the start everything was excellent. The receptionist who checked me in (pity did not get her name) listened to my requests which can be rare in some hotels. She was extremely pleasant and professional. I had a beautiful room clean, lovely decor quiet and comfortable. Check out was busy but the staff were extremely efficient and friendly. I could not find fault. SadlyI did not get a chance to thank the women who checked me in."
