"Very quiet, clean with comfortable beds. Relaxing atmosphere, yet in a great and walkable location and within less than two blocks from the blue line cable car line. Most memorable was the courteous and very helpful staff, especially Marcelo and Abigail (Abi) at the front desk and Gabriel at breakfast. The team helped with consultations and booking tours when we needed that. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Great location and courtyard. The shower was tiny, maybe 75cm x 75cm. very tight. The walls are paper thin. The "Queen" bed was a small double. I was told they don't have any rooms with bigger beds."

"Was a good stay, the área is save and convinient, the staff is very nice and helpful. Sadly the breakfast is quite poor, no many options. The room was clean, but the jacuzzi wasn’t working.
