Golf Hotels in Botswana

"Lovely place, with beautiful reception area, you see that it has been grand. However you also see that the hotel overall is old and in need of renovation. the pool needed cleaning (but that was general for all our stays in Botswana) and the bar at the pool was closed in the afternoon!! They was 2 girls but the answer was closed!! Luckily a young man came by and he accommodated us (we saw that he walked to the other bar to get our orders) We had a massage all 3 and it was really good."

"I booked this hotel for a 4 night stay for me and two work colleagues. Upon arrival on Sunday afternoon, 6th August 2023, the lady at reception said that she had no record whatsoever of our bookings and said that we couldn’t stay as the hotel was fully booked. When I showed her the paperwork from Hotels.com confirming the booking she was unmoved and refused to honour our booking. No apology although she did telephone a local guest house and they accommodated us for our 4 night stay."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. It was such a characterful hotel and our room was gorgeous with beautiful views over the Chobe river from the balcony. The game drives and river cruise were really good and a reasonable price. I would say, the service was very up and down, sometimes outstanding, at other times quite cold and disorganised. "Comfortable one-night stay. The room was well furnished and in decent condition, though the AC was a bit tricky. Bathroom was very modern. The hotel has a nice decor,but some areas are showing signs of age. The pool area is nice and large, but could have been a but cleaner and needs new or more modern loungers and seating options.
