"Great directions and communication with host, the space was super clean and the kitchen was spacious and ready to use. Huge bean bag in the living room was an awesome surprise as was the sweet little balcony where I had some hot cocoa in the evening. "

"Great place, very simple and well stocked for any needs. Lots of free streaming channels. Fans, AC and heat available to make yourself comfortable. By no means a concern with the stay itself but if you stay here i would recommend personal means of transportation. "

"We stayed here because our daughter was in the hospital in Fall River. We started out in Somerset which was closer, but we had to move to Bristol after needing to extend our stay. Even though it was farther, it is as an easier drive. The town is quaint and we could walk to several restaurants and a convenience store. It was clean and had everything we needed. "

"Cozy usually is interpreted as “small” but for Jay and Sandy’s Cottage, I mean literally cozy. It’s plenty of room for 2 couples, with 2 large bedrooms, each with a bath, and big combo kitchen/LR, and outdoor space. Everything was spotless, and I couldn’t come up with anything I might need that wasn’t there. It was so close the many restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the Nest for Reuben’s and a beer. "A very well appointed and clean home. Kitchen was well equipped for my wife's preparation of dishes for Thanksgiving. Has Google assistant devices. In a nice neighborhood only two blocks from the water. Would consider staying here again. The only reason we rated cleanliness at a four was because the kitchen cabinets and stovetop were as clean as they could be. Otherwise, the home was very clean."

"The sunsets were amazing, and access to the bike path for running was fantastic. Comfortable furniture for relaxing was sparse. And chairs for eating in the kitchen. Bathroom could benefit from increased space to place toiletries. I am aware this is a newly renovated unit that recently opened as a rental, overall, we had a lovely stay."

"The State Room was a nice place to stay. The neighborhood is residential, with a nearby renovated mill that contains a local brewery about 2 blocks away. The neighborhood begs to be explored for the local businesses and historical buildings. Parking is on the street. The neighborhood is to fairly quiet except for a small local tavern that closes at 1:00 am. But the neighborhood is quiet in less than hour. I would definitely stay again."
