"We had a delightful stay. We booked at the last minute and luckily for us there was a balcony room still available. The pool was really nice although very busy, not surprising given it was March break. From our balcony overlooking the atrium we were able to take in the entertainment: a singer, a light show and an aerialist show. "We travelled for march break a family of 5. (3 young kids) The hotel and pool were nice. The hotel is well located for travel. When we arrived, it was late at night. We needed a shower and there was no hot water at all. When we called the front desk they sended a very nice man. He was unable to repair the broken part of the shower and the handyman was gone as it was late at night. if we opened the fauset of the sink the water was room temperature instead of ice cold...
