"We had to move rooms twice because the rooms were dirty. The first room the carpets/floor hadn't been cleaned, there was crumbs of food all over the floor and on the chair within the room. We informed the front desk, who were actually very good, and were told it would be cleaned by the time we were back from a walk. It hadn't been cleaned some 5 hours later so they move us. The second room was the same but also had hair in the sink and bath where the room hadn't been cleaned. Again, I...

"The hotel was spacious and in a very convenient neighborhood. Easy commute/distance from popular places like nanjing road and yu garden. The room we got though gets loud in the morning due to constructions happening outside. But since, my mom and I were up early everyday anyways it wasnt much of a problem for us. "

"The hotel is beautiful, as was our room. The staff was exceedingly nice and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the lounge. I would particularly like to thank the concierge, Fisher Zheng, who arranged a terrific tour to the Great Wall and Summer Palace, with our wonderful guide, Jennifer. In addition to being an excellent guide, Jennifer recommended two terrific restaurants near the hotel."

"Centrally located in the Bund, very convenient to go to any directions. The service is excellent staff pays attention to details. However there’s not enough dining places in the hotel and it’s pricey too. Fortunately there are plenty of restaurants around the areas."
