"Centrally located in the Bund, very convenient to go to any directions. The service is excellent staff pays attention to details. However there’s not enough dining places in the hotel and it’s pricey too. Fortunately there are plenty of restaurants around the areas."

"Lived up to the Waldorf Astoria name in design, luxury, and price. The hotel is very dark though. This hotel is the antithesis of bright and modern. "
