"Ski in/out is excellent. Suite was great and staff was helpful. Saunas need to be cleaned regularly. Both were full of stagnant water and garbage floating In The water. Dry sauna shouldn't have inches of water sitting in the bottom. Otherwise, excellent room and service. "

"We love it here. We come back every year for our family ski trip. Service is excellent and the place is large, clean and cozy with private hot tub. It’s a true ski out without being too close to the gondola Everything you need for a perfect ski trip!"

"I was disappointed that they have discontinued suppling the lovely white bathrobes. I also had a difficult time get the heat register in the room to function."

"The outward appearance, including that on the Internet, is unimpressive, but don’t be fooled. The hotel is great inside. The rooms were immaculate, and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. One can tell the owners take great pride in their hotel. My two grown sons and I all had the same unanimous very positive opinion. We look forward to staying at the Grizz on our next trip to Revelstoke."
