"We had a one night stay at the Harbour Hotel (St Ives) as a couple in a sea view room. We had a nice stay on the whole. The Spa with swimming pool was a lovely addition that also included a jacuzzi. The settings at the Harbour Hotel was lovely inside and very clean as was the rooms. Reception and the Spa staff approachable if you needed anything at all. "This is one of the few hotels that I stay in, where the quality of service just gets better and better, the room was great as is the quality and options on food, very central in terms of Cornwall. Only gripe is the bin on the bathroom had not been emptied from the previous occupant. "

"Unique and very nice building. High end look and feel. Shame about the dining experience. Any regular restaurant it would have been great. For a high end spot, it just wasn’t quite there. The servers seemed to care yet they knew nothing of the food or drink choices. Breakfast was good. The building missed the mark in having information about the hotel’s construction and even signage."
