"This was my 4th stay here. I love this hotel, they get it just right for feeling you are staying somewhere special, great service, but relaxing & chilled. The food is great, range of cocktails & drinks in the bar is excellent. Service is fantastic, the staff are all so friendly & helpful. & the rooms are lovely with comfy beds and pillows"

"Nice room and very clean. Breakfast was good, with a selection of hot and cold items. Would certainly recommend. Only negative point is the car park, potholes everywhere in the main parking area and very muddy."

"I enjoyed my brief stay at St Mellion’s. The staff were welcoming and the hotel was clean and tastefully decorated for the festive period. The bed was huge and the bathroom had plenty of towels and handwash/shower gel etc. Although there weren’t many gluten free options on the restaurant menu, the staff were helpful and made me a GF steak and chips which was perfectly cooked. The cooked breakfast was all GF and a very generous portion. I would definitely stay again. "

"Our second stay here we love it The only thing this time was our bed in room 51 was a bit too hard for us everything else perfect but it wouldn’t stop us staying again we had a classic double so would probably go for one of the other rooms "

"The hotel sits in about the best location in Newquay, overlooking the town and the sea. The hotel itself is an imposing older building and is absolutely gorgeous inside, the room I had was a great size with a very comfortable bed. All the staff are very friendly and amazing with nothing too much trouble for them to sort out. This is the first time I've stayed here but it won't be the last."
