"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"Great location and views. Be wary of Google Maps because it can take you on maintenance roads on a ski resort! Make sure to go all the way into Canillo before turning onto the smaller road. "

"The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. After several phone calls by the Spanish speaking staff we were sent a link via WhatsApp to complete...

"A lovely cottage in a quite location with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Nice and comfy seating and beds, plenty of space to relax. Great pool. "Whist this is located in a good central spot the accommodation its self is very very basic. It is housed in a large ( several buildings all the same ) ski like blocks of units set behind a large more sophisticated Hotel. We stayed for 10days. It did have a queen sized bed - very firm as well as saggy - and a functional kitchen / bathroom. Its wasn't particulary clean when we arrived and there was NO WiFi. We were told the Wifi had recently broken but could use the one in the Hotel near by. We...

"The views are amazing. We loved the balcony and the daily sounds of the horses on the street below. The apartment was adequate, but could use some care. The staff were friendly. We loved playing billiards that were available. Close to hiking. Our only regret is that the pool, hot tub and outdoor amenities were not available because of the time of year we visited. Nevertheless, a great and inexpensive place to stay."
