"Staff were friendly and approachable. Check-in was a breeze. Property was clean and felt safe. Some things in the apartment looked a little jaded but not significantly so. Everything worked fine. And for a short stop, wonderful that there is a Hard Rock Cafe right in the basement. My wife and I enjoyed a couple of drinks listening to the live band. But the music did not penetrate and affect the rest of the building. So overall, pretty pleased with our stay."

I had requested for an early check-in through emails and phone call and was disappointed with the lack of understanding from the property management. I had an early arrival and a late departure. I requested for an early check-in around 12 and a late check-out around 3 but they refused to work with me. "Stay was simple as it was only a single-night stay. It was an apartment-like hotel but we got fairly disappointed that lots of amenities were not found within the unit. Website published the provision of plenty of amenities. However, we had to request for very basic amenities such as toilet hand soap/hand wash! "Checking was 20 minute event of stopping at security, writing down details, walking to letter boxes, walking back and fining parking. Property smelled. Never aat in such a hard couch and didn't think you could buy TVs so small anymore. What few pieces of furniture there were are falling apart. Clock in wall not working, no toilet paper etc. Noisy environment from traffic and patio lock doesn't work. No idea how these ratings were achieved but extremely miserable place. "

"Generally clean and very convenient location, right next to KSL mall. However take note no interconnect. You will need to perform self service check in and check out by collecting keys from letter box. You will also need to throw all rubbish yourself during check out. Room and toilet is clean. "

"Parking is absolutely terrible and we needed to go an entire round to get back to the car park. But the room is fine and has essentials."

"The place is near the city area and the surrounding is very good. The only complaint is the link bridge to JB CIQ/Shopping Complex is truncated which make it quite difficult moving to city square, one of the shopping centers."

"The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."

"Quiet place and have to drive a bit to reach. Clean but phone isn't working so whenever need anything, need to go lobby to get things done."

"The hotel is located next to/above MidValley Southkey Mall which is huge. So food and shopping, services, is just downstairs. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. Bathroom features and amenities are clean and well provided. Wifi is a bit slow although the connection is strong."
