"Parking waa a problem .the hotel looby entrances sign was not clearly directed which u need go round finding it. MR$ 80 per day gor park at hotel looby wasn't fair . .."

"Convenient location and amenities. Comfortable stay. Front of house was wonderful. The only complaint is that I asked for cutlery to be brought up to my room, waited 20 minutes, rang them again and waited another 20 mins. Nothing arrived, I finally rang them back and told them not to bother but to note it down. There wasn't any recovery done. "Good location. Opposite Komtar which is next to City Square. Walking distance to the customs. Room is small 14 sqm but quite well equipped. Thrre is a safe, bedroom slippers, kettle, hairdryer, toothbrush & other toileteries. A convenience store is at the lobby so can get drinks & snacks 👍"

It is not a new hotel but it knows how to run it efficiently and keep good maintenance and cleanliness. Location is fantastic to access all the goodness of the city centre. "
