"The check in was excellent. Bianca was very friendly and fast. The lobby and the surrounding area was clean and free of trash. The coffee area was clean and well ki. Grind as you brew coffee was fresh and flavorful. Our room was sparkling clean. Every thing was working well. The bathroom was clean and stocked well with soap, shampoo, towels, and toilet rolls. The stove and microwave were functioning perfectly. The furniture was in good maintenance. "

I found hair on my bath towel. In the corner of the bathroom could be cleaner. I saw a roach. The bed slept so good. Everyone was very nice and polite. I would stay here again. "

"This property is the yemp home to all the good utility workers helping the area recover from Hurricane Helene even though the hotel itself is going through it's own revival of sorts. It was comfortable, friendly, breakfast was fantastic and a great location. The staff is wonderful. "
