"We booked via Expedia to stay for 3 nights in January 2022, however the property had been double booked and we were left stranded in the middle of nowhere, with two children, in the rain and with darkness falling. Warm hospitality close to Udawalwae

"A wonderful stay at Mansala, with very friendly and helpful hosts. We had a room with balcony and two double beds for us and our son. The owner was able to arrange our safari, taxi and trip to the Elephant Transit home. All very close by. Excellent communication. They organised some water for the early morning safari and breakfast on our return. Freshly cooked and plentiful breakfast. The family were generous with their hospitality"

"We loved our time here whilst visiting for safari and we couldn’t recommend staying here enough. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable and the hosts made the experience extra special, everyone was so friendly! Food was delicious and plentiful. We were very grateful to find this hidden gem! Thank you to the hosts, we hope to come back to visit one day! "
