"The hotel itself is very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful and as it was Xmas they gave us a hand written Christmas card and there was complimentary mulled wine in the bar. What we were not aware of was the parking charges!!!! If you are NOT a IHG member then the parking was £16 for an overnight stay. It was only when I checked in and was told it was free for members. By this point I had already paid it. I am a IHG member which I had forgot about but the hotel couldn’t refund me...

"The lady at the front desk could not do any more for us, she even gave us an upgraded room so my children could watch the planes take off. Great customer service. "

"It was a pleasure to stay in the hotel. A friendly welcome when we arrived And the room was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable And have to say that the bathroom was outstanding. And will be staying there again soon. "
