"Receptionists were nice, accommodating and helpful. I like that they transported our luggage into our rooms during arrival. With the snow on the ground, it was a huge help. However, it would be great if the same courtesy be extended at departure. It was very difficult pulling our heavy luggage in the snow to get to reception area. "

"This hotel was set in an out of way area in Rovaniemi. It was worth it to be surrounded by a lovely forest. The rooms each has a personal sauna which was the reason we chose the hotel. (The saunas in room for 2.) We were there to see the Northern Lights. The hotel has a viewing area on the roof. We only saw them one night due to snow but at this hotel, it was a wonderful vantage point. The hotel restaurant was wonderful, with breakfast included. "Amazing value Only stayed two nights and didn't get chance to use the pool or bowling, but the food was good. Beds were comfortable Shower was lovely"

"Amazing hotel, even had a puzzle board at the reception which was fun. The room itself was comfortable and they have a generous breakfast selection. I stayed in the middle of Finnish winter with snow everywhere, not a problem until you realise there's no area to wipe off your shoes in your room and no doormat supplied, other than that my stay there was perfect."
