"The location is in the center of Papette which is very convenient. The hotel suit is spacious and quiet. But the bathroom needs lighter, the bathtub is high, not easy to get out and may fall down easily. Should have a shower door or a curtain to prevent the water splatter everywhere. The kitchen needs a microwave instead of a big oven. The swimming pool is good size, clean ...very cool. Staffs are caring always with a smile, quickly response to our needs. "We made reservations in November 2020 for our stay in June 2021. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard as it was only housing housing COVID-19 guests. We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund."

"for the price and location - this place is awesome, my only problem was seeing they keep dolphins - for what reason??? let them go ! their pool is small and shallow, they have no place to hide from people; please please let them go - and if for some reasons they cannot be released - please give them more space and do not conduct shows and petting ..."
