The location is a bit outside of kandy about 10 to 15 minute tuk tuk ride but the prices for food and drinks are very good value and the view is amazing so we only ventured out at night once over our 3 nights. "While the property is a lovely looking boutique hotel it lacks one critical thing. A restaurant. I don’t know how I overlooked this fact or I would have simply booked at another property. Not to mention the young man who checked me in acted like he couldn’t find my reservation. Luckily my driver stepped in and assisted. "

"A beautiful property nestled in the jungle. The views were amazing and the sounds of the rushing river were super relaxing. The rooms were big and airy. There is no air conditioning but some ceiling fans that do the job perfectly (we were never too hot at night) - the pool with the river view in room 10 was spectacular. We enjoyed the food and the service was really nice and kind. Ashley is a character and brings some personality to the table. It’s very isolated but it’s possible to get a Tuktuk to tea plantations (1h) or hike down to a waterfall close by. A beautiful stay! Thanks "
