"Good nights sleep in the basic hotel. Small, clean room with soft pillows and comfy bed. No tea/ coffee making. No hairdryer. No cups, so come prepared with bottled water and electricals. Powerful shower. Continental breakfast. Coffee available to buy."

"Had a first floor room that backed on to lane. Ok except for the delivery or rubbish collection that was quite loud. I recommend taking earplugs as a back up. We did!"

"Great for food in the evening because you are close to local shops and cafes/ restaurants also subway stop. Windows don’t open. So much dust on radiators and sink dirty. Bad smell in room. Parking is based on first come based only. Reception man upon arrival was fantastic extremely nice and helpful. Night lady with short light hair on reception was very rude and snappy. Terrance used for smokers - most often harsh substances that you can really smell. "

"I appreciated the rapidity with which the staff responded to my issues. For example, on two occasions I had no hot water, but they resolved it within 5 minutes. I appreciated the peace of mind that came with having a 24-hour reception desk."
