"Just an overnight, overall the stay was good. We checked in late afternoon, and were back out for a meal before going to the theatre, so we didn't spend a lot of time there, however the room was nice, a good size and spotless. We used the bar later on, the prices were pretty normal for a city centre hotel in Glasgow, and the staff were friendly. The only issue we had was that the shower was terrible. No matter how we tried to adjust the temperature knob we could only get a trickle of luke...

"I appreciated the rapidity with which the staff responded to my issues. For example, on two occasions I had no hot water, but they resolved it within 5 minutes. I appreciated the peace of mind that came with having a 24-hour reception desk."

"I couldn’t believe how well appointed & situated this hotel is. For one person who needed only a bed for 2 nights it was perfect. Great shower & comfy bed. I came prepared with my travel kettle & coffee supplies which is all I need in the mornings! Plenty of power & USB points. Only thing was the room was a bit cold on arrival but I just got straight into bed with my hot water bottle. Ha ha…yes I’m old!!"

"All the staff were fabulous from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the housekeeping.. Breakfast was hot and awesome everyday Will be back there and would highly recommend to everyone Great access to shopping, they also went out of there way to find us a wheelchair rental company ( that dropped off and picked up from the hotel) If you book any bus tours you are literally right across the street from the pick up and drop off location "
