"This was our second stay here. It is in a quiet hamlet with real Mexican people and their animals. The accommodations are new and well provisioned especially for folks like us who like cooking and eating at home, lovely small pool, on the ocean with a walking beach very near. The manager is very friendly and responds to needs immediately with a smile! Very clean and well kept throughout. A fabulous place! "

Our criteria for choosing a place was 1) on the ocean, 2) tasteful decor, 3) a nice pool lounge area, 4) quiet and away from crowds, 5) well equipped full kitchen for cooking local food, 6) close to restaurants when we want to eat out, 7) safe. This one hit all areas. From making the reservation, to checking in with Nadia, the wonderful property manager, it was seamless. Any question we had from renting bikes to where to buy fresh...

"I learned the day I arrived at the airport the elevator was not working and the unit is on the 11th floor. After speaking to people in the building and the front desk, the owner was aware of the elevator not working for over two weeks and failed to let us know. Parking is on the 5th. But, the unit did not come with the gate key so we had to contact and wait for the lobby to open and lock the gate. The unit has two air-conditioning units which look like they have not been operated in a very long...
