"Located above a coffee shop, this apartment was a nice size for a backpacking couple. There are no elevators, so be ready to climb some stairs. Our room came with everything we needed for our stay. There are tons of shopping areas around and the entire area is very walkable to local views like the lake. I would recommend staying here."

"A very enjoyable stay. The staff here are the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant in any part of the world. Always taking their time to listen to your questions and concerns. "The property managers are not good. They are not cleaning property and not changing bed sheets and not providing any clean service during our stay. They are just looking for money without providing service. Further, they want to give a bad condition property if you don’t ask."

"Cleanliness is an issue. When we checked in, bedsheets were dirty. Hot water also cannot be sustained. There were also ants around the sink area. After they cleaned consistently every day, our experience was much better. You pay for what you get. "

"This was a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and work very hard. The whole place was immaculate and housekeeping do an amazing job. If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience."

"Absolutely amazing hotel. Looks as nice on the inside as it is on the outside. Check in was very simple and no deposit was required. The room was very clean and spacious as we had two bedrooms and a dining area. There was also a washer/dryer, but we had to buy our detergent. The closest store was a bit away fyi. Toiletries had quite some options. Our favorite hotel thus far in our two week trek through Vietnam. "

Great honeymoon experience

"The hotel prepared a honeymoon decoration before our arrival which was a very special gesture from them, we also recommend the Spa, it was a great experience. Hotel location is great and the restaurant on the 10th floor is also very good, a must try."

"Staff were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was always tasty too with a range of eggs to your heart's content. The kingsize bed was super comfortable, it felt like sleeping in a cosy marshmallow. Location was ideal! 2 minutes walk to popular places such as night market and train street was only 15 mins away. Would definitely come back here"
