"Building is nice, front desk was helpful, and assist you to the room once you get there. There is 24hr security. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Price was not bad for a 2 story loft, decent price. Hotel has a pool and gym and a couple of restaurants walking distance. Would definitely book again."

"Never got a hold of the host. Check in instructions is to check in at one address for keys then go to the actual home. Nobody to be found ended up having to go elsewhere luckily got a reservation same day. Now awaiting for my money back ! Absolutely TERRIBLE"

"We wanted to take our family on a beach vacation and this villa was a perfect fit. The layout was lovely with everyone feeling like they had their own private space to relax yet several common gathering areas to enjoy as a family group. "The property is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need, including Carmen. Carmen the housekeeper comes daily and is so accommodating and such a good cook. We had her make breakfast and sometimes lunch and loved the authentic Dominican fare. She'll run to the store for you and is super helpful and always smiling. Views are spectacular, super short walk thru property to the beach, but renting a side-by-side or Quad is easy and nearby also. The beaches are the most beautiful we've...

"Our stay, although short, was very nice at Castillo Romano. Theo and Morena made sure to welcome me and my family with open arms. Morena is an amazing cook and very friendly. Don Theo is the best! He helped us with anything we needed in the house and even gave us good advise for our trip to El Salto Del Limón. The castle is well kept and has amazing views. If ever back in the Terrenas with my huge family, I’ll be sure to book again!"

"From start to finish, just an amazing vacation. Fabulous staff with excellent service from top to bottom. The staff cooked amazing meals for us daily. We did not have to leave the property for groceries, Juan took care of everything. Very responsible, courteous, and respectful staff. Out family loved our stay in will definitely be back again!"

"Beautiful location and resort in Samana. The hotel needs some renovations, specially the bathrooms are old and outdated. The All Inclusive package needs a new name since there are items on the food and drinks list that are not included. The best part besides the views are definitely the people. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and definitely will be back. Thank you Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 for another great vacation!"
