"Very nice hotel, staff excellent, breakfast broad - both Japanese and western food & beverages. Esp liked custom eggs benedict station. Complimentary lounge in afternoon & evening for free beer, coffee, tea and light snacks. Room size (~265 ft2) good for medium sized Japanese hotel room. Convenient that New Chitose airport shuttle bus ($12 ea way per person) stops at this hotel. Safe in room large enough for computer, iPad and other things. "Perfect example of not judging based on pictures. While the rooms are dated they are immaculate. Not a stray hair or spec of dust in our room. Excellent service and friendly staff. The AC issue did bother us and the room had a closed off smell. Lovely view and enjoyable breakfast buffet. Plus all their power is sourced from solar and a screen near the elevators shows the solar array power generation which is an added benefit for green energy nerds."
