"The staff went above and beyond during our stay"

"The Drake is a beautiful hotel, and Chicago is always fabulous! We had a deluxe room with two queen beds. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and it had two bathrooms. Unfortunately, the plumbing in these old buildings can leave more to be desired. The sink faucet in one of the bathrooms dispensed water at a trickle, and the shower in that same bath did not work well. Thank goodness we had the second bath where things seem to work a little better."

"The property was in the perfect location and was very clean. My only complaints was the bed was very stiff and the room was very hot and we could not get it to cool down at all, even with the thermostat to off it was 77 degrees in the room."
