"Customer service was the best at this hotel. Each and every staff member was super attentive, kind and helpful. We stayed for 5 nights in the most economic room and we were satisfied. They gave us a 4th floor room that was still amazing and super clean. The cleaning lady tidied up our room every day, which we loved. Food choices varied and most of the food was delicious. Some of the dish options were cold but for the most part, me and my partner loved the options. Shout out to ROAN for always suggesting the best drinks and attending to us."

"EVERY SINGLE STAFF AT THE RESORT MADE SURE I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE IN THEIR OWN WAY! From the front desk staff who was always available wether it was by phone or in person,no matter the time… to the bar staff who always had a smile on their face when they serve you… to the cab drivers who was always willing to wait for you and ensure your safety off the resort! Chanel (I hope I spelled her name rite) from the scuba resort is someone I want to highlight as she takes THE BEST PICTURES and she is so bubbly and always keeps a smile on her face. She really loves her job! JAMMIN BAR was my favorite bar by far! The staff kept me smiling and laughing and they were so full of life and made the best drinks! I loved my experience "

"We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara in February 2025. The resort was very clean and the staff was exceptional, always there to help you and went out of their way to make your stay memorable. The food was amazing. There were many different options at each dining location including seafood and vegetarian options. The rooms are spacious and clean. I always felt safe during my stay as only employees and other people staying at the resort were allowed on the resort properties, including the beach. There are three main pool areas as well as three main beach areas. The resort has non motorized water sports like kayaking and sailing included. We went sailing one day and loved it. I also visited the Zilara spa towards the end of my trip and thought it was worth every penny. Would definitely come back!!"
