"Our stay was wonderful. The location is great. We are within walking distance (200 yards) of the Barn and a couple places to grab a bite. The building is super charming as are the rooms themselves. The only drawback is that the mattresses (Weber started in two different rooms) are pretty uncomfortable because they are hard. Other than that, we have no complaints. The rates are good and the overall experience is top notch! It is our go to place in Harper’s Ferry for the foreseeable...

"It was a cozy little tiny house located right on the river. I came in January and it was about 15 degrees outside so I did not get to use the outdoor shower or grill. I was able to enjoy the view of the river from the tiny house and walk outside on the road (not too many cars). If it was any warmer I would have built a fire and sat outside closer to the river. I would love to come back and stay when it was warmer to enjoy the outdoor more. Perfect retreat to reset. Very close to a nearby college...

"This was our 2nd time staying, and the area is excellent, the rooms are perfect for a small group of people who enjoy antique style and cottage esque houses. Not to mention the service is always awesome. it snowed about 6 inches and the owner came out and shoveled during and after the storm as well as kept up with salting. Over all great time"

"Nice little place, very clean and nice that there was a small heater and a fan to accommodate all! Bed was comfortable. Bathroom sink was so cute! The area, though we walked under a deck to get to our front door and was in the back section of a neighborhood, we were greeted by deer out back and it was quiet. I would recommend."
