"Overall great location, close to where we needed to be. The weather was not great, so the side walks and parking lot were not cleared well. That caused the inside of the lobby to be a bit messy. When I got out of our vehicle I slipped and fell in the parking lot. The person that checked us in was pleasant but didn’t bother standing to greet he was on a stool the entire time. Maybe that is just how it is. When we came down for breakfast there was no fruit, only 2 cups of blueberry yogurt, white...

"Although this facility is ~ 5 years, it still looks and feels like it is brand new. I was impressed with how professional and courteous all the staff members were and by the cleanliness of my room. The breakfast buffet offered several selections of hot/cold items...and I happily partook of them! Its location places you near countless shops, restaurants, and even a movie theatre. This is definitely the place to stay!!"

"We stayed at Staybridge Suites in Kalamazoo for one night while attending The Lion King at Miller Auditorium, which was only a quick 5-minute drive away—super convenient! The hotel was really nice and exceptionally clean. Our room was very spacious, providing plenty of comfort for our short stay. Breakfast was just what you'd expect from a hotel—nothing extraordinary but definitely enough to start the day. The only downside was the lack of a hot tub, which would have been amazing since it was...
